Of the three other UK brands we could price all the way through, two undercut Supps on price per serving. Only one of them is still cheaper once you compare the same amount of creatine.
Those two sentences disagree on purpose, and the gap between them is the whole point of this page. A serving is whatever the brand decides to call a serving, and the amount of creatine in one ranges from 3000 mg to 5000 mg across the brands below. So comparing price per serving compares two different amounts of the thing you are actually buying.
Price per 5 g of creatine compares the same amount every time. It is the only figure on this page that lets you put two products side by side honestly, and it is the figure the category does not publish.
Each brand appears once, at the cheapest way its own store lets you buy it. A brand is here only if it states a price, a creatine dose per serving and a pack size, because without all three the cost of the creatine cannot be worked out.
Cheapest has to mean the same thing for everyone or the table is worthless, so two rules apply to every row alike. Bulk and subscription prices count, for us and for them. And a route only counts if it lasts: it has to deliver enough servings to cover the gap until the next delivery. Our own 2 pack plan is £17.00 a pack and would have topped this table, and it ships 60 servings to cover 90 days, so anyone taking it daily runs out. It is not in here.
Supps delivers a full 5 g of creatine monohydrate in one serving. Every one of our batches is double tested and has measured above the 5 g label claim, with the certificate published for each on our batch tests page. At £0.60 per 5 g of creatine it is among the cheapest here.

Price per serving and price per 5 g are calculated from the route price and its servings, so they can be checked. Ordered by whether one serving delivers a full 5 g, then by price per 5 g. Supps is the only product here that clears 5 g in one serving, and we make it.
The International Society of Sports Nutrition specifies 3 to 5 g a day as the maintenance dose after any initial saturation period, and 5 g a day as the practical standard for most adults. That is where the 5 g in the ordering rule above comes from, rather than from us.

Known Nutrition's Value Pouch is cheaper than Supps on both measures. It works out at £0.52 a serving against our £0.60, and £0.58 per 5 g of creatine against our £0.60. On our 3 pack plan, £54.00 every three months works out at £18.00 a pack, and it still does not close the gap. That 2p is the part we would defend rather than deny. A price per gram is a claim about the label, not a measurement of what is in the pack. Every one of our batches is double tested and has measured above the 5 g label claim, with the certificate published for each. Every one of those certificates is on our batch tests page, so that claim can be checked the same way the prices here can. If price alone is the decision, theirs is the one to buy, and we would rather say so here than have you find it elsewhere and wonder what else we left out.

We have deliberately kept those out of the price per 5 g above. They are worth real money, and on the first two 3 pack orders they take the effective cost down to around £0.45 per 5 g. But they land on the first orders, not on every order, so a figure built on them would describe a few months rather than a subscription. Every other brand in the table is priced on what they charge you month after month, and ours is too.
Three brands we looked at are missing, and the reason matters more than the gap does.
Ovrload states a creatine dose but does not publish a pack size on any of its thirty product pages, so the cost of the creatine cannot be worked out. Bear Balanced sells in US dollars from a US store; converting that would put a price on this page that nobody in the UK actually pays, and the conversion would go stale without anyone noticing. Myprotein does not expose product data in a form we can read reliably, so we would be transcribing by hand and could not promise the figure was current.
We would rather name the gap than fill it with an estimate. Every row above can be checked against the product page listed under Sources below. A row we cannot source is not a row.

A single pack is £24.95 and holds 30 servings. On subscription it is £21.00 a month for one pack, or £54.00 every three months for three packs, which works out at £18.00 a pack.
