Our Mission

The face behind the brand
I started taking creatine in 2014. Not on someone's recommendation, I'd actually read the research. Of everything in the supplement aisle, creatine had the clearest evidence. I was sold on the science. The product kept letting me down.
Powder goes clumpy. Shakers smell. You miss one morning and then a week slips by. I quit more times than I can count, not because it didn't work, but because the format made consistency nearly impossible.
When creatine gummies started appearing in 2024, I saw the same format problem solved. So I set out to build a brand around it. What I didn't expect was how broken the supply side was. We spent thousands on third-party testing across dozens of potential suppliers. Most of them were selling gummies with little to no creatine in them. Products advertising 5g per serving were coming back at 2g, 1.5g, some under 1g. The category had a credibility problem from day one.
That's the gap Supps exists to close. Not a new concept, just a simple standard: if the label says 5g, the certificate has to say 5g. Every batch. No exceptions. I spent seven years in consumer products and I know exactly how these shortcuts get made. They don't get made here.
Every Supps batch is independently tested by both RSSL and Eurofins, the exact creatine content publicly accessible before you even open the pouch. Not a marketing claim. A link to real results from real labs.
